BlueStar’s proprietary systems allow us to perform comprehensive data analysis on a per payroll basis. Our payroll validation program includes 3 critical legs:  validating your deferrals, employer contributions, and loan remittances.  We compare what you are sending versus what we expect based on participant requests, compensation data, and plan rules.  When they don’t match, we work with you to fix the issue to keep your plan compliant and minimize costly cleanup.  Through this streamlined process, we are able to catch critical withholding and reporting errors before they become costly year-end corrections.
